Client Management Training

About CMT's Training Style

While many trainers simply present the given material, CMT stresses total student involvement, interactivity and hands-on learning in a fun, active environment.

At the end of a day's training, student's often describe themselves as "happily exhausted", having received full value for their time and effort.

Easy to follow instruction

After an initial get-to-know session, students are briefed on what is expected of them, and how best to participate. The theory, or "what you need to know" section is covered with a combination of computer and projector, whiteboard and dynamic delivery.

Formatted notes are handed out to reinforce all important material.

Learning Games

A hallmark of CMT training is the development of "games" to illustrate and give practice to key points of theory. Research shows that retention, comprehension and acceptance is increased by an order of magnitude when students immediately use what they have just learnt. The creative game atmosphere opens up student's minds to new approaches and ideas, and improves the quality of learning.

Games are developed for each course, and modified to suit the particular requirements of a client or training group.

Group Case Studies

In every course, students gather together in small groups to discuss specific questions and case studies. Apart from reinforcing what has been learnt, the technique reveals shortcomings in comprehension, and provides a less intimidating environment for less confident students to raise questions.

As always in group activities, the quality of output is greater than what is achieved by a single person working alone.
